Hourly Rates
• $120/hr for Principal
Free Services
• Bear Design will provide proposals for any project if provided with
architectural plans
• One hour free consultation by phone or in person at our office.
• 15min on-site review of project for bidding purposes. If more than
10 miles add $3/mile.
Property Inspection
$400 Property inspection with 1-3 page report. Note: I recommend
obtaining a home or termite inspection prior to hiring Bear Desing. Typically
we are called after a problem has been identified.
