Garland

This lovely ranch home on a corner lot in a quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown Denver or Golden just needed a refresh. The owner hired me to design and project manage. We went through this home realizing that it needed a complete overhaul. The first step was creating a new floor plan, opening up the main living area and a door into the garage, and cleaning up the large old trees outside. From there we removed the enclosure to the back porch, gutted the interior, added a new electrical service, gas fireplace, and started the work of refinishing.
