The properties shown here are properties that I have done renovations with various contractors on. The work is everything from a simple facelift to a complete gut remodel.

Lenox, Gibsonia, PA

This majestic brick home sits on over an acre of land and when finished in roughly June of 2023 will offer 2 primary bedrooms with beautiful ensuite bathrooms and nice closet space, 4 nicely sized bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, 2 half baths, large laundry, butlers pantry, open kitchen, dining, and living area, large family recreation room with walk out basement that also offers plenty of storage, 2 office spaces, and a 3 car garage. It will be listed for sale as soon as it is finished.

Foxwood, Wexford, PA

In a quiet established neighborhood close to everything the beautiful home has been transformed into a modern masterpiece. 4 bedroom, 4 full baths + 1 half bath, vaulted ceilings, new roof, separate but open living plan and plenty of space for everyone. I really enjoyed the masculine palette selected for this home.

Cloverdale, Wexford, PA

A new build whose investor wanted to stand out from the crowd. The natural green, white, black and stone exterior leads you into a bright and light home with all of the extras. Primary en suite bedroom on the main floor, a second bedroom, office and bathroom also share the floor with the main living space. The finished basement is ready for whatever fun you can think up and there are 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms on the upper floor as well. Light wood floors, upgraded lighting package, quartz counters, and higher end appliances. It will be on market in May 2023 with landscaping and finished 3 car garage.

Tufts, Denver, CO

This lovely brick rancher with a Mediterranean feel was a privledge to be a part of. The process included new subfloor, new flooring, updating bathrooms, kitchen, lighting, and of course painting. The owner decided to leave the basement unfinished and sold it in only a few days because that new front door was just too lovely with the new paint and landscaping.

Garland, Lakewood, CO

Garland was built in the 1960s with 65 amp service. This is okay if you know it however this little gem hid it's secret from the investor until after purchase. In the end the whole house was gutted to the studs The living and dining space were opened up with the addition of a new huge supporting structural beam and nothing was left untouched. New electrical service and wiring were installed, HVAC was updated and cleaned, Gas was run to the fireplace and kitchen, trees were cleaned up in the yard, fences were mended, and a cute little family moved in after a few custom edits like the gate at the top of the stairs.

Pearl, Englewood, CO

This cute little house was just a shell of a home to start. The vision was to create a tiny house that would offer a split floor plan, a huge garage, and a bright and happy feel. As a starter home at just under 1,000 sq feet this home was given a second bathroom, some new giant windows for light in the front, new siding, new bathroom finishes, new kitchen to include a dishwasher, and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. My favorite part of this home was hearing how very much the buyer loved it.
